ABOUT US
Why We Do It
It came from understanding how challenging and lonely it can be working in Diversity and Inclusion and seeing how other attempts at bringing people working in D&I together to collaborate and support each other haven’t worked.
Progress in organisations is often slow and people who work in this space are purpose driven. They want to make things happen and there are many barriers to making progress.

Our Mission
Our mission is to play an influential role in helping to create organisations where people can flourish and contribute.
We believe in developing and supporting the best D&I community so organisations, D&I and HR Leaders can confidently and capably lead the change required.
